You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to participate in digital-asset programs in your jurisdiction. Access is restricted where prohibited by law.
Participation involves contributing USDT (BEP20) into capital access packages used by the platform’s trading operations. Daily yields are variable and performance-based. There is no guaranteed return, no fixed term, and no promise of profit.
Trading involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of all contributed capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Only contribute capital you can afford to lose.
Staked capital is locked until the cumulative ROI of that package reaches 100% of its staked amount. There is no early unstake. Once the cap is reached, ROI stops; the capital remains staked. Partial top-ups are not available — additional capital requires a new package.
Deposits are made directly on-chain to the platform’s published incoming wallet and are credited after the configured number of confirmations. Withdrawal requests are subject to admin review and approval, carry a 5% processing fee, and are limited to 5–1,000 USDT per request. Approved payouts are sent from the platform’s distribution wallet.
Referral and rank rewards are governed by the published compensation plan. Referral income is not capped by package ROI. Attempts to manipulate the compensation plan — including self-referral, circular referrals, or duplicate accounts — may result in suspension, forfeiture of rewards, and account closure.
Administrators may grant Free IDs at their discretion. Free IDs accrue ROI into a locked balance that becomes withdrawable upon upgrading to a Paid ID, either by deposit or by administrative action.
You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, attempt to manipulate the system, use automated exploits, or provide false information. Violations may result in suspension or permanent ban.
We may suspend accounts under investigation, adjust parameters such as fees and limits, and modify the compensation plan. Material changes will be reflected in updated documentation.
You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes arising from your participation.
